HF, FC, RC: Is composed of the drawn cup and the plastic retainer; The retainer may bring the plastic reed also to be possible on the stainless steel reed guidance roller pin, in the addendum circle incline roller conveyer and the roller pin takes the locking arrangement.
HFL, FCB, RCB: The supporting bearing installs in the roller pin coupling's both sides and withstands the radial load, those who take the supporting bearing is the roller pin and the plastic retainer module.The shell is generally made of St14 low carbon steel (stainless steel can be used in special occasions); the cage is generally made of reinforced nylon; the needle roller is made of bearing steel.
①Dimension inspection:
(1)Press the bearing into ring gauge (wall thickness≥20mm)
(2)Use go gauge and stop gauge to inspect the internal diameter of the bearing
②Installation:
After the bearing is installed into the seat hole, no additional axial positioning is required. The tolerance of the seat hole is the same as that of the drawn cup needle roller bearing, and the surface roughness of the seat hole should be less than Ra0.8. The internal diameter of clutches is the same as that of drawn cup needle roller bearings and the hardness of the shaft should be HV670-840.
③Working temperature:
Drawn cup needle roller clutches with steel spring can operate in the range of -30 to 120 degrees. Drawn cup needle roller clutches with plastic spring can operate in the range of -10 to 70 degrees.
Drawn cup needle roller clutches give very precise indexing, since individual spring retention of each needle roller ensures constant contact between the shaft, needle rollers and the clamping surfaces. They allow high indexing frequencies due to their low mass and therefore the low moment of inertia of the clamping elements. They also have a low free-wheeling frictional torque. They are applied in automobile generators, washing machines, textile machines, printing machines, sports equipments, electrical switchetc.
